Why I Love What I Do
Helping young people find their voice and inner strength is what drives my work. Watching them overcome obstacles, build confidence, and discover their own potential is incredibly rewarding. I am a believer in encouraging clients to partake in activities and relationships that support their personal growth and wellness as a means to bolster the benefits of talk therapy. This can include art, music, outdoor recreation, and sports.
I’m committed to being a trusted guide in their journey, no matter where they start or the challenges they face.
Whether you’re looking for support for yourself or for your child, I’m here to help.
